Greg Spencer
Senior Partner

Gregory is a Principal Consultant and founding Partner with Beyond Technology Consulting, Australia’s leading independent mid-tier IT management consultancy. Recently Gregory has been advising organisations how to align their digital and technology capabilities in the network and cloud era to a strategically agile stance that provides flexibility to react to changing business requirements. Gregory previously held a number of senior executive positions in a variety of technology industries; these roles included Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Network & Operations and Chief Operations Officer. Gregory’s engineering qualifications provides a sound technology base and he retains solid technical credentials in network and application architectures today that supports his work in technology strategy development and advisory.


Yishay Yovel
VP Marketing

Yishay directs Cato Networks’ worldwide marketing. Yishay was previously the Vice President, Marketing for Trusteer, a financial fraud and advanced malware protection company, acquired by IBM in 2013. Prior to Trusteer, Yishay was Director, Product Marketing at Imperva. Yishay has over 20 years of experience in marketing and product management for enterprise software solutions in the areas of security, fraud prevention, storage and mobile computing. Yishay holds a bachelor degree in Law from Tel Aviv University.


Davin Gibb
Enterprise Routing Sales Leader – APJC

Davin Gibb is the Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise Routing in Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China. His focus lies in aligning shifting IT Business trends with opportunities in new business models and efficiencies for Organisations across APJC. Davin has close experience with Government, Education, Retail and Partner / Service Provider verticals and drives the adoption of technology for improved Business Outcomes. Recently Davin has focused within the application of transitions to Cloud, SD-WAN, Automation and Programmability. Davin has been with Cisco for 20yrs, holds a Bachelor Engineering and Science (Computing) and is a dual CCIE holder since October of 1999. He is based out of Sydney, Australia.


Tim Sullivan

Tim has 25 years’ experience in global network services, spanning the UK, Europe, USA, Asia & ANZ. Tim co-founded Coevolve in 2014 to help enterprise adopt next-generation network technologies and access new levels of agility and end user experience. Coevolve were one of the earliest adopters of SD-WAN and have pioneered a modular, co-managed service delivering step-change commercial gains for clients at each stage of the network life cycle. Coevolve have now delivered SD-WAN services in over 50 counties on six continents. Tim’s primary background is in business development, leading multi-disciplinary teams in client engagement, solution development, contracting, delivery and ongoing optimization of long-term outsourcing contracts for large global enterprises. 


Daniel Urbina
Managing Director APAC

Daniel is the Managing Director – Asia Pacific with Coevolve, a leading global SD-WAN managed service provider. Having joined the Coevolve team in January 2015, Daniel has been working with clients across the region listening to their challenges and working with Coevolve’s expert engineers in developing sustainable, contemporary solutions. SD-WAN has been a key enabler in the Coevolve growth story underpinned by highly skilled engineers and a client centric culture. Daniel has structured solutions for domestic and global clients extending beyond the technology capabilities across the entire “service lifecycle” including how the operating model of a “co-managed” environment will benefit the client and end users.   


Matt Duniam
Network Architect, ICT / Digital Sourcing

Matt is the lead for developing the technical standards for whole-of-government purchasing arrangements at the Department of Customer Service. In 2018 he helped launch the Telecommunications Purchasing Arrangements (TPAs) with four service towers: fixed data, Internet, fixed voice and mobile. The TPAs enable NSW Government agencies to better compare and procure standardised services from a range of suppliers. In 2019 the TPAs were expanded to include a fifth service tower; Network Applications, with its first service being SD-WANaaS, a managed SD-WAN service.


David Stork
Major Projects, Communications Training and Development Manager

David is currently the Major Projects and Training Manager for the global Detmold group. Previously within Detmold as Global Infrastructure Manager he was responsible for the initiative to implement a global software designed networking infrastructure. His team successfully standardised Detmold’s server infrastructure globally to their now VMWare technology. He drove their VoIP project, so the business could take advantage of savings in their telecommunications costs globally in five differing regions. Prior to joining Detmold David was responsible for the infrastructure at one of Adelaide’s leading web service providers namely Hostworks. David has over 25 years’ experience in supporting a wide range of businesses that include manufacturing (Detmold, Lion Nathan International and Faulding Pharmaceuticals) along with financial, web and education services.

Daniel Bostock
Senior IT Operations Engineer 

Daniel has just recently joined the fantastic team at EML where is lead network engineer, having recently come from Dominos where he led a successful transition from MPLS stores to a hybrid SD-WAN solution for all Dominos New Zealand stores and connecting that into the Dominos Enterprises group network which reaches as far as Netherlands. Daniel had to overcome the challenges of MPLS and applications that lived in cloud infrastructure and how to bring that all into a much faster and robust SD-WAN network. Having obtained a taste of the future of networking Daniel has not looked back since and has started on the journey of discovery on how to automate the delivery of networks & network security that meet the rapid pace of an application driven corporate world.


Jason Snuggs
IT Manager

Jason Snuggs leads technology and innovation at Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), the largest Caterpillar (Cat®) engine supplier in the world. With a background in operations, Jason delivers business outcomes by aligning strategy, process and requirements with innovative yet resource-efficient technology. Jason has developed and led digital transformation across all parts of the business. Instrumental to this is his ability to create integrated strategy and operational roadmaps that encompass all aspects of technology including, core infrastructure and hardware, cloud, communications, security, applications and collaboration. Part of his success extends from his focus on people, with strong communication and leadership skills. Jason is an Associate Fellow and Chartered Manager with the Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML).


Kristaps Petrovskis

Kristaps is the CTO of Expereo. Based in the Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, he is responsible for R&D, product engineering and service development, as well as technical presales. His teams are spread out globally across all regions. Kristaps joined Expereo 10 years ago and has over 15 years of experience in various roles and assignments with companies offering Internet/Cloud- centric services. His key interests are network and application performance in a global setting across various vendor ecosystems.


Adrian Kelly
Global IT Network Manager

Adrian has been working in networking for 18 years across finance, utilities and service provider. He has a key interest in all areas of technology but has found networking to be a rewarding career path and is a survivor of numerous Datacentre relocations and WAN migrations. Perusing emerging technology so things never gets boring, SD-WAN took his interest in 2016 as a transformational technology after many years of the “same old WAN”. Successful deployment of SD-WAN to a global network including cloud environments has been a significant achievement over the past two years. Outside of work I enjoy time with family, as well as playing golf and coaching junior basketball.

Christopher Cullan
Director, International Marketing & APAC Business Development

As director of the MEF's global marketing efforts, Christopher is responsible for the development of MEF’s brand as the organization fully embraces the digital transformation journey within the telecommunications industry. Christopher has spent nearly 30 years in the ICT industry in application development consulting, security & privacy management, enterprise architecture and networking. For the last decade, Christopher has focused his efforts within the telecommunications sector in both sales and marketing roles. Since 2011, Christopher has been involved with MEF, co-authoring papers on cloud computing, service assurance and the MEF vision published in  2014, culminating in MEF 3.0. Christopher joined the MEF staff in 2019 and is based in the Gold Coast, Australia.


Peter Smith

Peter is an Executive who has had significant experience in the Finance sector, coupled with almost 20 years in technology roles including Professional Services, Digital Consulting, Project Management, Program Management, BPR, Offshoring, including establishing and running offshored operations (both IT and production operations). He has operated at a broader strategic level as Chief Information Officer across Asia Pacific and then as part of the global team evaluating and refining global strategy. For the last couple of years Peter has been working as the CIO at Mission Australia driving a Digital Transformation supporting a complex environment with over 470 programs being run across Australia delivering services to those in need.


Mark Bezkorovainy
Global Network Manager

Mark is the Global Network Manager at Navitas, leading a team of engineers delivering and supporting technologies across WAN, LAN, Security, and voice domains. He has also worked within the Navitas strategy and architecture team, helping building and defining network architecture roadmaps. Ironically many of which will be delivered by his current team! Prior to Navitas, Mark spent many years gaining technical experience (and passport stamps) within an enterprise project team delivering countless technology rollouts, Data Centre upgrades, site builds, relocations, and network integrations across the Asia Pacific region.

Ramesh Paramanathan is the GM of Business Products at nbn and is responsible for Strategy, Development, Lifecycle Management and Pricing across the Business Product portfolio. Prior to this role, Ramesh managed the Solution portfolio for Business products within Telstra Wholesale before he moved overseas to work as a telecoms strategy consultant at Booz & Co in Dubai.

Toshal Dudhwala leads the global Business Development and Partnership team for Nuage Networks from Nokia. In this role Toshal actively engages with Service Providers as well as Strategic Partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategy for managed SD-WAN services including sales enablement, co-marketing and solution positioning. Before joining Nuage Networks Toshal led product management for NEC’s ProgrammableFlow SDN solution and previous to that led product management at Ixia on their Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Data Center solutions. Toshal brings over 15 years’ experience in product management and business development on both Service Provider and Enterprise networking and software solutions. He holds a master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) and is currently an MBA candidate at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.


Kieran Wallace
Enterprise Architect

As the lead Infrastructure Architect at Ruralco, Kieran has responsibility of all IT infrastructure architecture decisions including design, deployment and operations. Most recently Kieran and his team have deployed 235+ sites of VeloCloud SD-WAN to a large, complex and geographically diverse network servicing the rural and farming community. Having previously held similar positions with a number of large enterprises, Kieran is a self-confessed tech head and has been tinkering with technology since an early age. Offer to buy him a good strong coffee and in exchange he’ll share some of his learnings on SD-WAN. Or anything tech related!


Brianna Boudreau
Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst Brianna Boudreau joined TeleGeography in 2008. She specializes in market and pricing analysis of wholesale and enterprise network services with a regional focus on Asia and Oceania. Brianna has helped to develop and launch several new lines of research for TeleGeography, including our Ethernet Pricing, Cloud and WAN Infrastructure, and SD-WAN research services. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and M.A. in International Communications from American University in Washington, DC. 


Erik Kreifeldt
Principal Analyst

Principal Analyst Erik Kreifeldt tracks the global market for enterprise and wholesale network services for TeleGeography, and he co-chairs the WAN Summit conference series on corporate wide-area network management. Before joining TeleGeography in 2006, Erik was an optical networking industry analyst with RHK, following editorial roles at industry publications including the Optical Society of America, where he covered the first commercial DWDM systems. He holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.A. from Penn State.


Elizabeth Thorne
Research Analyst

Elizabeth Thorne is a research analyst focusing on enterprise networks with Telegeography. Elizabeth’s work includes market analysis of corporate wide area networks and SD-WAN deployments for the WAN Manager Survey and managing the WAN Manager Digest. She helps organize the global WAN Summit series. Elizabeth earned a B.A. in International Studies at American University in Washington, D.C.

Born and raised in Australia, on the beach an hour north of Sydney. I started my IT career at the Australian arm of a South Dakoda based PC company (called; Gateway, the company with the cow spot boxes), that sold custom built computers direct to consumers on this new thing called the Internet. I then worked for a large French multinational company, before joining the Swiss bank, UBS in 2003.I started running a small regional network operations center, before taking on additional roles, both regional and global. Which I am now running Service Management for networks globally, part of which has responsibilities for UBS's global telecoms.

Daniel Fouladi is Senior Manager of Partner and Product Strategy for Verizon in Asia Pacific. In this role, he heads up a number of strategic network and security products for Verizon in Asia Pacific, including Software Defined WAN, Virtual Network Services, Software Defined Perimeter as well as Verizon's Public IP Network (AS703), with key focus on helping customers on their Digital Transformation, business enablement and best practices for technology adoption. A veteran IP Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in designing, deploying and operating large scale IP networks, he has lead a number of teams at Verizon including the Regional IP-NOC, Engineering & Planning for IP and VoIP networks and Customer Network Engineering.


Kumar Mehta
Co-Founder & CDO

Kumar brings a proven track record of leading mega-projects at startups as well as publicly traded companies. His vision, work ethic, and leadership as VP of Engineering at Juniper Networks resulted in multiple blockbuster product deliveries, including the market-leading Metro and Carrier Ethernet solution, the MX series. His leadership in design, development, and delivery of differentiated solutions resulted in huge and continuing revenue streams for the company and brought Kumar the prestigious CEO Excellence Award. Prior to Juniper, Kumar held engineering management positions at Riverstone Networks and Yago Systems. Kumar graduated from the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He has a Master’s degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.


Budd Ilic

Budd Ilic is Zscaler’s Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry having worked in senior consulting, pre-sales, and sales management positions for organisations including VMware, EMC, Dimension Data, Ferntree, and most recently as ANZ Regional Manager at Actifio.
