Over 20 years in IM leadership roles in the Chemicals and Manufacturing industry sectors. I am currently working as Regional Director Infrastructure Services, for AkzoNobel, a leading global Paints and Coatings company.  In my career I have been associated as Steering member or leader of major business and IM transformation programs, related to organizational restructuring, ERP implementations and large infrastructure initiatives. I enjoy being a mentor and coach to a large group of talented young IM leaders. I have an MBA and Bachelor of Computer Science qualification.


Jobayer Almahmud Hossain
Chairman & CEO

Have more then 13 years experience in the career on IT Industry in different role. Being System Architect of the large organization, have designed and implemented lots of critical Systems and Solutions with the collaboration of my super dynamic team.

Presently as In-Charge of Infrastructure and support until, I have to manage a team with 20 members of Support Engineers , Network Engineers, System Administrators.


Adrian Teo
VP, Global Connectivity Transport Product Manager

Adrian has over 12 years of experience in enterprise network architecture and implementation and is currently the Product Manager for Transport at Barclays.  He is responsible for the product life cycle, road map, risk profile and remediation strategy of all data connectivity technologies and services that the bank consumes globally.

Adrian started off in Network solutions at Barclays where he was heavily involved in planning, design and implementation of Barclays Next Generation WAN and many other global network transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Barclays, Adrian helped design and build many complex networks for Singapore Government agencies and Institutes of higher learning while working for NCS, a leading APAC ICT services provider wholly-owned subsidiary of Singtel Group.

Daryl Yeo
Senior Network Technology Advisor

Daryl is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in infrastructure and business relationship management.  Based in Singapore, he is currently responsible for global WAN architecture in Cargill Inc., His work includes driving roadmap, strategy and projects to deliver new WAN capabilities for Cargill globally.  With both technical and business background, Daryl has been instrumental in driving change in Cargill’s enterprise network during past few years.  In championing this change, Daryl led global RFP initiatives, involving various global and regional telecoms providers.  Continuing the journey, Daryl is next looking at developing SD WAN solutions for global adoption in Cargill.

Tim Sullivan

Tim has 25 years’ experience in global network services, spanning the UK, Europe, USA, Asia & ANZ.

Tim co-founded Coevolve in 2014 to help enterprise adopt next-generation network technologies and access new levels of agility and end user experience. Coevolve were one of the earliest adopters of SD-WAN and have pioneered a modular, co-managed service delivering step-change commercial gains for clients at each stage of the network life cycle. Coevolve have now delivered SD-WAN services in over 50 counties on six continents.   

Tim’s primary background is in business development, leading multi-disciplinary teams in client engagement, solution development, contracting, delivery and ongoing optimization of long-term outsourcing contracts for large global enterprises.

Prior to founding Coevolve, Tim held the position of Managing Director APAC for Reliance Globalcom. Before that he had roles as Senior VP Americas at Vanco and Strategic Bids Director for Vanco Europe.

Tim is based in Sydney, Australia.

David Stork
Major Projects and Training Manager

David is currently the Major Projects and Training Manager for the global Detmold group. Previously within Detmold as Global Infrastructure Manager he was responsible for the initiative to implement a global software designed networking infrastructure. His team successfully standardised Detmold’s server infrastructure globally to their now VMWare technology. He drove their VoIP project, so the business could take advantage of savings in their telecommunications costs globally in five differing regions. Prior to joining Detmold David was responsible for the infrastructure at one of Adelaide’s leading web service providers namely Hostworks. David has over 25 years’ experience in supporting a wide range of businesses that include manufacturing (Detmold, Lion Nathan International and Faulding Pharmaceuticals) along with financial, web and education services. He has held both technical and business roles throughout his career. Most recently in partnership with Coevolve and Velocloud his team won the CIO Award for 2017 in the following category.

Next Generation WAN Transformation. Michael Becerra
Head of Network Architecture & Product Management

Michael Becerra is an IT Professional with 17+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field and has been with DHL since 2005.  He is currently the Head of Network Architecture & Product Management based out of Singapore and is responsible for developing architecture, standards, roadmaps, risk mitigation and service introduction across Data Networks and Network Security for DHL globally.

He is a key contributor to group-wide Telecoms governance bodies with the mission to provide technical guidance and leadership in order to maintain cost effective, cohesive and sustainable service offerings.    Additionally, he acts as technical lead for telecoms optimization sourcing initiatives drafting technical requirements, evaluating suppliers and participating in negotiations.

Currently his focus is the architecture and introduction of Hybrid WAN, Network Access Control and Segmentation services.

Over his career he has spent time based in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions while working in the Petroleum, Education and Logistics industries. He also holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from New Mexico State University.


Sander Barens
VP Commercial Development

After joining Expereo 10 years ago and setting up its first international office in Singapore back in 2008, Sander now works out of the Global Head Quarters in Amsterdam as the VP Commercial Development. His team is spread out globally across 5 offices and combined manage about 2,500 local partners that make up all the portfolio and buying options of Expereo. Before joining Expereo Sander worked out of Australia for BT Global Services and Infonet Services Corp. His Telecom career started in 2006 with Unisource Business Services in Europe. Nice to know fact: before Sander went into telecom he was a helicopter pilot.

Cliff Neo is an established IT leader with years of experience in IT operations as well as helping IT work towards business partnership by driving global/regional change in IT strategy/capabilities in teams and solutions. Cliff is currently the Global Enterprise Architect at Fugro and is primarily responsible for driving an architecture framework that would enable the organization to move towards a digital journey.

With the ever prevalent approach of business IT, Cliff provides a view where IT is not just a technological enabler for the business. Prior to joining Fugro, Cliff was the APAC Infrastructure Director for Stanley Black & Decker Inc.

Tanya Tang
Chief Economic and Policy Advisor

Tanya joined Rajah & Tann’s Competition and TMT practice as its Chief Economic and Policy Advisor, giving the practice the unique capability of providing fully integrated legal and economic advice to clients.

Tanya has extensive competition and regulatory experience, having worked in the policy and competition team at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), as well as the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). At IDA, Tanya’s key responsibilities included implementing the Telecom and Postal Competition Codes, such as assessing M&A applications and investigating alleged anti-competitive practices. She also led key policy and regulatory reviews, such as reviews of the Telecom Competition Code and guidelines, as well as the Quality of Service frameworks for telecom services. At CCS, Tanya was responsible for conducting economic analysis for investigation
of competition cases. Her experience includes assessing complex mergers (including conducting two Phase 2 merger reviews) and leading cases involving abuse of dominance. Tanya has also participated in dawn raids to gather information for CCS’ investigations.

Greg Bryan
Senior Manager, Enterprise Research
Senior Manager Greg Bryan joined TeleGeography in 2006 and has specialized in pricing and market analysis for the wholesale and enterprise long haul and network markets. While at TeleGeography, he has worked on designing, creating, and launching several new data products including the Enterprise Networks Pricing Service, IP Transit Pricing Database, Ethernet Pricing Service and Global Enterprise Networks. Most recently he has helped TeleGeography’s pricing practice move beyond the long haul network with the creation of the Local Access Pricing Service. Mr. Bryan’s primary focus is on networks and pricing for the Americas, however, he tracks and is familiar with global markets. He is a frequent presenter on the geography and pricing of submarine cables and enterprise networks, particularly at telecom conferences with a focus on the Americas. Mr. Bryan earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, an M.A. in Geography from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He previously taught Geography as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University in Virginia.
