Adrian started off in Network solutions at Barclays where he was heavily involved in planning, design and implementation of Barclays Next Generation WAN and many other global network transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Barclays, Adrian helped design and build many complex networks for Singapore Government agencies and Institutes of higher learning while working for NCS, a leading APAC ICT services provider wholly-owned subsidiary of Singtel Group.

Daryl is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in infrastructure and business relationship management.  Based in Singapore, he is currently responsible for global WAN architecture in Cargill Inc., His work includes driving roadmap, strategy and projects to deliver new WAN capabilities for Cargill globally.  With both technical and business background, Daryl has been instrumental in driving change in Cargill’s enterprise network during past few years.  In championing this change, Daryl led global RFP initiatives, involving various global and regional telecoms providers.  Continuing the journey, Daryl is next looking at developing SD WAN solutions for global adoption in Cargill.

Anup Changaroth is Senior Director, CTO Office, Business Development & Solutions and is responsible for building new business across Asia Pacific, as well as leading the regional Product Line Management teams for both hardware and software solutions, and Engineering Operations.

Prior to the current role, Anup was Ciena’s Asia Pacific Marketing prime responsible for both product portfolio marketing, as well analyst & media engagements. He has been involved in the communications field for over 25 years, since designing and building his own V.23 modem in the late ‘80s as a student.

Prior to Ciena’s acquisition of Nortel’s Metro Ethernet Networks division, Mr. Changaroth held various positions at Nortel, including leading regional Product Line Management for Nortel’s Carrier Data Products in Asia Pacific from 2003 till 2009, and the leading Solutions Marketing team for Nortel’s Local Internet division between 1997 to 2001, during which he was responsible for IP optimized “last mile” solutions to Service Providers, as well as spearheading Nortel’s Optical Ethernet marketing strategy across Asia Pacific between 2000 - 2001.

Prior to Nortel, Mr. Changaroth held various positions at Motorola's Information Systems
Group; the pioneers of analog transmissions systems and X.25 packet switching solutions. At Motorola, Mr. Changaroth worked on the design of X.25 and Frame Relay access networks for the banking & financial sector and deployment of various analog transmission systems.

Mr. Changaroth holds an Honours Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the City University, London; Marketing Management Diploma from Columbia University, USA; as well as a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. He is an active industry participant, holding voting membership positions at the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers, the Association for Computing Machinery, and the Audio Engineering Society.

Bertrand Boittiaux is the Head of the Telecom Sourcing team in Asia Pacific Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC).

With more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing in IT & Telecom, Bertrand is the first French executive recruited by the Japanese leader in International Telecommunication in 1997. He then supported the startup of their business and operations in Paris, France.

In 2001, he moved to Tokyo to join a leading US global Telecom carrier as the Network Trader. Starting 2003, he served for 6 years at a French Telecom carrier at several sourcing management positions in Tokyo, Japan and Reston, USA 

In 2009, Bertrand joined a German global bank in Singapore to lead the IT & Telecom Sourcing in for APAC and then the global Telecom sourcing category. 
Since September 2013, he is with Citibank heading the procurement of Telecom service and infrastructure for APAC.

Bertrand holds a HND degree in Electrical Engineering from the Lille University and is graduated from Douai Business School in International Sales and Business Administration. 

Bertrand speaks fluently French, English, Spanish and manages daily conversation in Japanese.

Tim’s background is in leading multi-disciplinary teams, solution development and delivery for global enterprises across a range of industries. Prior to Coevolve Tim held the position of Managing Director APAC for virtual network operator Vanco. 

Tim is based in Sydney, Australia.

Gavin is an industry professional with over 17 years’ experience in Professional and Managed services in the service provider industries, developing network solutions to multinational enterprises. 

He is proficient in Next Generation Network such as SD-WAN technologies, WAN optimization as a service, SD-WAN assessment, deployment, Network & Cloud Security as a Service, Technical Design, Vendor Management, Operations, Project Management, and Provisioning. 

He has undertaken various SD-WAN projects with a hands on approach from Technical Sales, designing SD-WAN network architectures, developing success criteria’s, technology roadmap discussion, executing Proof of Concepts, developing migration plan for complex integration work, recommending best practice on multi-link business policies, implementation and managing the network.

Prior to Coevolve Gavin held the position of Technical Consultant for virtual network operator Vanco.  He is based in Singapore.

 

Michael Becerra

Michael Becerra is an IT Professional with 17+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field and has been with DHL since 2005.  He is currently the Head of Network Architecture based out of Singapore and is responsible for developing architecture, standards, roadmaps and risk mitigation across Data Networks, Network Security and Unified Communication & Collaboration services for DHL globally. 

He is a key contributor to group-wide Telecoms governance bodies with the mission to provide technical guidance and leadership in order to maintain cost effective, cohesive and sustainable service offerings.  He is also currently a member of the Innovation Committee driving both Technical and Cultural change within IT Services at DHL.  In addition, he acts as technical lead for telecoms optimization sourcing initiatives drafting technical requirements, evaluating suppliers and participating in negotiations. 
Recently Michael has led the planning and architecture for IPv6 going forward and completed the service introduction for migrating user internet access to a Cloud Proxy service.  He is currently working on a Network Security Framework with the aim to clearly translate security policy into technical requirements as well as leading a proof of value initiative to understand both the technical and financial benefits of migrating to a Hybrid WAN architecture at DHL. 

Over his career he has spent time based in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions while working in the Petroleum, Education and Logistics industries. He also holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from New Mexico State University.

Diarmid Massey joined Equinix in 2014 and now serves as Senior Vice President of Sales for Asia-Pacific, where he oversees the sales strategy, execution and further growth of the region. Previously, he was Head of Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific for Vodafone Carrier Services (VCS) where he was responsible for the integration of Cable & Wireless Worldwide (CWW) and the Vodafone regional businesses.

Prior to his role at Vodafone, Mr. Massey was in charge of Cable and Wireless Worldwide’s global wholesale and global carrier business units. During his five-year tenure, Mr. Massey enhanced the network integration of the business through vendor & partner acquisition, growing it to $1B in revenue. With management roles across best of breed companies in the technology segment, Mr. Massey’s 30 years of experience spans sales and leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, and globally.

He is a recognized thought leader and keynote speaker.

Before joining Expereo Sander worked out of Australia for BT Global Services and Infonet Services Corp. His Telecom career started in 2006 with Unisource Business Services in Europe. Nice to know fact: before Sander went into telecom he was a helicopter pilot.

Tun Tun Myint leads the Network Services team of Frontiir to provide Enterprise connectivity and consumer Internet services inMyanmar.  His passion is designing cost effective IP networks and systems infrastructure for affordable ICT services.  Before joining Frontiir, Tun led the engineering team of a young fibre broadband ISP in Singapore called MyRepublic.  Founded less than six years, MyRepublic has established a strong brand in Singapore for its innovative services.   Tun has also contributed to Singapore IDA’s Technical Standard Committee Working Group 5, drafting Singapore’s IPv6 profile while he was serving as Network Planning Manager at SingTel.

Dr. Chau has a wealth of experience in telecom industry and extensive knowledge in the enterprise and service provider markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Level 3, Dr. Chau was vice president of carrier services and general manager of Global Crossing for Asia Pacific. 

Dr. Chau earned his doctoral degree in business administration at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds an EMBA degree from the University of Ottawa Canada. He also attended the executive development program at the Daniels College of business at the University of Denver.

As the founder of TSCM Technology he is focused on the building of cloud scale architectures and real-time media networks using Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO).   As one of the leading industry experts in Unified Communication (UC) and SDN he is a UCStrategies Expert, pioneer of Unified Communications (UC) and Software Defined Networks (SDN),  Chair of UC SDN Task Group at International Multimedia Telecommunication Consortium (IMTC),  Vice-Chair of Open Network Foundation (ONF) NBI Working Group  and Co-Founder and former Vice-Chair of Wi-Fi Alliance Task Group Mobile Multimedia Over Wi-Fi. Pascal has done five startups with multiple successes, has received numerous industry awards and has presented extensively in numerous events globally. AJ was previously a senior product manager responsible for Alcatel-Lucent’s 7750 SR family of routers focusing on Internet related technologies, such as IPv6 and Internet Peering/Backbone. AJ has been with Alcatel-Lucent for 10 years in a variety of roles located around the world, primarily carrier customer focused in the IP/solutions space. 

 

Tanya Tang

Tanya joined Rajah & Tann’s Competition and TMT practice as its Chief Economic and Policy Advisor, giving the practice the unique capability of providing fully integrated legal and economic advice to clients.

Tanya has extensive competition and regulatory experience, having worked in the policy and competition team at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), as well as the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). At IDA, Tanya’s key responsibilities included implementing the Telecom and Postal Competition Codes, such as assessing M&A applications and investigating alleged anti-competitive practices. She also led key policy and regulatory reviews, such as reviews of the Telecom Competition Code and guidelines, as well as the Quality of Service frameworks for telecom services. At CCS, Tanya was responsible for conducting economic analysis for investigation
of competition cases. Her experience includes assessing complex mergers (including conducting two Phase 2 merger reviews) and leading cases involving abuse of dominance. Tanya has also participated in dawn raids to gather information for CCS’ investigations.

From 2004 to 2012, Frank was Vice President of Product Marketing and Product Management at Ipanema Technologies where he launched the first Hybrid Networking solution on the market. Earlier, Frank founded ActiVia Networks, a Content Delivery Networking company in 2000. As a CEO, he managed the company growth until 2003 when he sold it to Stratacache Inc. Frank began his career as a researcher within the l'Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique (INRIA). Frank holds a Ph.D in IT with a specialization in IP Networks.

Before joining Tata Communications, Lam worked for Asia Netcom (now part of Telstra), Wharf T&T, and Reuters (now Thomson Reuters) in product development and management roles.  

Lam holds a Bachelor of Science (Eng.) degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London.

Senior Manager Greg Bryan joined TeleGeography in 2006 and has specialized in pricing and market analysis for the wholesale and enterprise long haul and network markets. While at TeleGeography, he has worked on designing, creating, and launching several new data products including the Enterprise Networks Pricing Service, IP Transit Pricing Database, Ethernet Pricing Service and Global Enterprise Networks. Most recently he has helped TeleGeography’s pricing practice move beyond the long haul network with the creation of the Local Access Pricing Service. Mr. Bryan’s primary focus is on networks and pricing for the Americas, however, he tracks and is familiar with global markets. He is a frequent presenter on the geography and pricing of submarine cables and enterprise networks, particularly at telecom conferences with a focus on the Americas. Mr. Bryan earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, an M.A. in Geography from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He previously taught Geography as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University in Virginia.

Martin Bishop is the Head of Telstra Programmable Networks and Cloud managed services for Telstra based in Singapore. He is responsible for the Software Defined Networking strategy on global basis bringing together SDN with Network Function Virtualisation and digitisation to transform the customer experience of network services.

Martin has filled a number of senior roles across Telstra Global since joining the company in 2008, most recently as the Head of Network Applications and Services portfolio for Telstra Global. Prior to this he was Head of Cloud in international and also held the role of Head of product Portfolio EMEA for a period of two years.

Before joining Telstra, Martin worked for BT Global Services for ten years, including as Head of BT’s global MPLS portfolio. Martin holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Science from University College London (UK) and a Masters Degree in Engineering, Design and Management from Cardiff University (UK).

Based in Singapore, Mandeshpal Singh is a senior product manager at Verizon with responsibility for the company’s network product strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mandesh’s focus includes expanding Verizon’s cloud connectivity reach for the Asia-Pacific region with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft and various alliance partners. He also has responsibility for developing use cases and the contextual analysis of the region’s competitive landscape. In addition, he has played a key role in the launch and growth of Verizon’s Secure Cloud Interconnect (SCI) product across the Asia Pacific region.

Mandesh joined Verizon in 2008 where he oversaw the growth and expansion of Verizon’s global network footprint, improving its competitiveness and expanding its reach into emerging markets in South East Asia.

He brings over 15 years of experience in Telecoms and Information Technology industry in various roles focusing on partnership and business development particularly around telecom, data centers and systems integration.

 

Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett joined Vodafone in 2012 and is accountable for a portfolio of fixed connectivity products which are sold through Vodafone Global Enterprise and local market operating companies. Over the last few years, he has produced ExCo business cases to accelerate growth in fixed WAN products and has led their successful execution. Prior to joining Vodafone, Mark held senior product management roles in Cable and Wireless Worldwide, where he was responsible for IP-VPN MPLS WAN products as well as customer access strategy. Also, at THUS the mid-market division of Cable and Wireless in the UK, where he headed up the Data Products Portfolio. Mark has an MBA from Henley Management College.

 

Lucas Goh

Lucas Goh is a seasoned IT executive with years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management at global manufacturing companies. Lucas currently is the IT Director for Infrastructure and Operations at Volex and is responsible for design, deployment, configuration and maintenance of the entire IT Infrastructure landscape and operations across the Volex group of companies.

With his business experience and having a well certified IT technical background, Lucas provides unique insights and explanations of making business and logical sense of IT investments and initiatives
