Daryl is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in infrastructure and business relationship management. Based in Singapore, he is currently responsible for global WAN architecture in Cargill Inc., His work includes driving roadmap, strategy and projects to deliver new WAN capabilities for Cargill globally. With both technical and business background, Daryl has been instrumental in driving change in Cargill’s enterprise network during past few years. Prior to Ciena’s acquisition of Nortel’s Metro Ethernet Networks division, Mr. Changaroth held various positions at Nortel, including leading regional Product Line Management for Nortel’s Carrier Data Products in Asia Pacific from 2003 till 2009, and the leading Solutions Marketing team for Nortel’s Local Internet division between 1997 to 2001, during which he was responsible for IP optimized “last mile” solutions to Service Providers, as well as spearheading Nortel’s Optical Ethernet marketing strategy across Asia Pacific between 2000 - 2001.
Prior to Nortel, Mr. Changaroth held various positions at Motorola's Information Systems
Group; the pioneers of analog transmissions systems and X.25 packet switching solutions. At Motorola, Mr. Changaroth worked on the design of X.25 and Frame Relay access networks for the banking & financial sector and deployment of various analog transmission systems.
Mr. Changaroth holds an Honours Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the City University, London; Marketing Management Diploma from Columbia University, USA; as well as a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. Bertrand Boittiaux is the Head of the Telecom Sourcing team in Asia Pacific Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC).
With more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing in IT & Telecom, Bertrand is the first French executive recruited by the Japanese leader in International Telecommunication in 1997. He then supported the startup of their business and operations in Paris, France.
In 2001, he moved to Tokyo to join a leading US global Telecom carrier as the Network Trader. Starting 2003, he served for 6 years at a French Telecom carrier at several sourcing management positions in Tokyo, Japan and Reston, USA
In 2009, Bertrand joined a German global bank in Singapore to lead the IT & Telecom Sourcing in for APAC and then the global Telecom sourcing category.
Since September 2013, he is with Citibank heading the procurement of Telecom service and infrastructure for APAC.

Michael Becerra is an IT Professional with 17+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field and has been with DHL since 2005. He is currently the Head of Network Architecture based out of Singapore and is responsible for developing architecture, standards, roadmaps and risk mitigation across Data Networks, Network Security and Unified Communication & Collaboration services for DHL globally.
He is a key contributor to group-wide Telecoms governance bodies with the mission to provide technical guidance and leadership in order to maintain cost effective, cohesive and sustainable service offerings. Tanya has extensive competition and regulatory experience, having worked in the policy and competition team at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), as well as the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). Frank Lyonnet is a Deputy CTO in the Steelhead, SteelFusion and SD-WAN business unit at Riverbed Technology since 2012. Frank participates in shaping the company's long term vision and positioning. From 2004 to 2012, Frank was Vice President of Product Marketing and Product Management at Ipanema Technologies where he launched the first Hybrid Networking solution on the market. Earlier, Frank founded ActiVia Networks, a Content Delivery Networking company in 2000. As a CEO, he managed the company growth until 2003 when he sold it to Stratacache Inc. Senior Manager Greg Bryan joined TeleGeography in 2006 and has specialized in pricing and market analysis for the wholesale and enterprise long haul and network markets. While at TeleGeography, he has worked on designing, creating, and launching several new data products including the Enterprise Networks Pricing Service, IP Transit Pricing Database, Ethernet Pricing Service and Global Enterprise Networks. Most recently he has helped TeleGeography’s pricing practice move beyond the long haul network with the creation of the Local Access Pricing Service. Mr. Bryan’s primary focus is on networks and pricing for the Americas, however, he tracks and is familiar with global markets. He is a frequent presenter on the geography and pricing of submarine cables and enterprise networks, particularly at telecom conferences with a focus on the Americas. Mr. Bryan earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, an M.A. in Geography from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He previously taught Geography as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University in Virginia.

Martin Bishop is the Head of Telstra Programmable Networks and Cloud managed services for Telstra based in Singapore. He is responsible for the Software Defined Networking strategy on global basis bringing together SDN with Network Function Virtualisation and digitisation to transform the customer experience of network services.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Mark held senior product management roles in Cable and Wireless Worldwide, where he was responsible for IP-VPN MPLS WAN products as well as customer access strategy.
