With more than 15 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing in IT & Telecom, Bertrand is the first French executive recruited by the Japanese leader in International Telecommunication in 1997. He then supported the startup of their business and operations in Paris, France, developing the first Voice wholesale trading platform for this group.
In 2001, he moved to Tokyo, to join a leading US Global Telecom carrier as the Network Trader for Japan. Starting 2003, he served for 6 years at French Telecom carrier at several sourcing management positions in Tokyo, Japan and Reston, USA where he was finally running Mobile and Voice services strategic sourcing for their enterprise global business unit.
In 2009, Bertrand joined a German global bank in Singapore to lead the IT & Telecom Sourcing Asia platform. He later took the global accountability of Telecom sourcing category. Since September 2013, he is with Citi in Singapore heading the Telecom Sourcing team in APAC.

Anup Changaroth is Director of Portfolio Marketing Asia Pacific, and responsible for marketing Ciena's range of next-generation Converged Packet Optical, Packet Networking, and Software solutions, as well as leading the marketing communications function for the company across the region.

Tanya’s experience in Rajah & Tann includes assisting the telecoms/media regulator in Brunei in formulating Brunei’s licensing regime and their Competition Code, assisting a major telecommunications provider in Malaysia in its submission to the sectoral regulator on its proposed guidelines and market assessment, as well as assisting a major telecommunications provider in Cambodia in preparing its submission to the Government on the draft Cambodia telecommunications law.
Tanya has been recognised as a leading competition economist in the international Who's Who Legal: Competition 2016, and is one of only three competition economists in Singapore to receive this recognition.

Raoul Tecala is the Dimension Data Group Networking Practice Director: WAN. In this role, Raoul is responsible for setting Dimension Data’s enterprise routing strategy including solution and services development, vendor partnerships and go to market initiatives. Raoul works closely with Dimension Data’s regions to execute the Group’s enterprise routing strategy at a local level. Raoul has been with Dimension Data for over 14 years starting in alliances where he managed several global relationships including Cisco. Prior to owning the strategy for enterprise routing, he was responsible for the Group’s access switching and wireless LAN strategy. Raoul is based in Reston, Virginia, USA.

Idris brings more than 25 years of experience in key leadership positions in both start-ups and MNCs. Prior to joining Viptela in 2015, he was the VP/GM APAC for Mavenir/Mitel, and CEO of DST, Brunei's leading 3G/4G mobile and pay-TV operator. Earlier he was SVP of Sales and Alliances at Ordyn Technologies, and was with Cisco for 11 years where he held a number of senior management roles in both the US and Singapore. Prior to Cisco, he was with a New Jersey-based start-up, Dagaz, and with Siemens in various technical, product management, sales and marketing roles.

Simon Waller is GTT’s VP of carrier sales for EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for facilitating the growth of GTT’s revenue and global market presence through strategic acquisitions and the development of existing client relationships. Simon has more than 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining GTT, he served as head of sales for EMEA for NTT Communications’ Global IP Network business unit, where he was instrumental in securing funding for the establishment of new PoPs in the EMEA region. He also held sales leadership positions for TalkTalk Business, PSINet, and Claranet. Simon is based in GTT’s London office.

Feroz is Director, Customer Acquisition and Success, APAC, at Aryaka Networks, and is responsible for the implementation of software-defined network architectures for global enterprises and service providers headquartered in the Asia-Pacific region. He actively contributes to sales, strategic alliances, product management, and product marketing in Aryaka.
Feroz has a very strong and diverse background in networking technologies. He is an SDN technology evangelist, and often participates in webinars on the impact of SDN and its usage in the enterprise WAN space.
