Dobias van Ingen is the System Engineers Director and CTO for the Aruba organization within EMEA. In this role, Mr. van Ingen is responsible for the System Engineers (pre-sales) organization and technical solutions offered within EMEA. Because of his extensive knowledge in networking, Dobias is part of several technology industry groups. EMEA is a dynamic and innovative region with different segments. He sees to it that requirements and demands of EMEA organizations translates be in right vision and strategy. Therefore, he is closely involved in the development of new solutions from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company.

Mark Bayne
Director of Sales Engineering

Mark Bayne is an IT Security Professional, with 19 years’ industry experience. Having started as a Security Administrator in a small IT consultancy, Mark learned the trade in a small dynamic environment where IT security requirements were only beginning to be understood. Continuing his specialisation, Mark spent most of the following 6 years working in the Security Pre-Sales team at Nokia, progressing to running the Greater China region, focusing on security appliances running CheckPoint and VPN technologies. As network security appliances began to dominate and saturate the market, Mark joined Imperva to focus on the new Application and Data Security space, pioneered by Shlomo Kramer. 
After 9 years, where Imperva developed from small start-up to a leading public Security vendor, Mark joined Cato Networks in 2016. An extremely exciting move to a company that is redefining and disrupting the approach to Networking and Security. At Cato Networks, Mark runs the EMEA Sales Engineering team to bring value to companies with a solution providing a software-defined and cloud-based secure enterprise network, reducing MPLS costs, eliminating branch appliances, and providing secure internet access everywhere.


Laurence Andrews

Laurence Andrews is a Global Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm that helps clients transform the way people work, shop, and live. At Cushman & Wakefield, Laurence specialises in Enterprise Networking and WAN, providing leadership, strategy and subject matter expertise. Most recently, Laurence led a global team of engineers and professionals through the network integration effort for the corporate merger of Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and Cassidy Turley- a project which provided seamless delivery of critical technology services to more than 43,000 employees in over 60 countries. Laurence is now spearheading Cushman & Wakefield’s global adoption of SD-WAN, aligning closely with the organisation’s other next-generation technology initiatives and challenging conventions of traditional enterprise WAN.


Mark Lewis
EVP Communications & Connectivity

Mark Lewis is responsible for Interoute's Enterprise Networking & Communications portfolios. He is tasked with relentlessly driving the unification of voice, video and collaboration across the Interoute platform, as well as folding next generation computing capabilities into connectivity, so business users can communicate and collaborate more effectively regardless of device and location. Technical pre-sales, product development and P&L management fall into Mark’s remit, to which he brings more than a decade of industry experience. Mark has held roles in a variety of software industries, including 3D-modelling, content protection and CDNs.


Jonathan Forest
Vice President, Enterprise Products and Markets

Mr. Forest is the Vice President of Enterprise Products and Markets at InfoVista where he is responsible for the company’s overall SD WAN product strategy.  He has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications/networking industry.  Before InfoVista, Mr. Forest has spent time at Hughes Network Systems, Accel Networks, Arbros Networks, and MCI Communications (now owned by Verizon Communications).  He has held both technical and business roles throughout his career.  He has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Daniel Bar-Lev
Director, Office of the CTO
As director in the MEF's Office of the CTO, Daniel is responsible for the development and implementation of a range of strategic MEF programs that are central to MEF's transformation to an agile-process oriented standards development organization. These innovative programs - including the MEF Software Developer Community, MEFnet global implementation platform, and MEF Reference Implementations - enable MEF's 210+ member companies to implement draft and published service orchestration and definitions work in code, and to make available standardized open APIs that accelerate the availability of highly agile, assured and orchestrated services for today's hyper-connected world.
Daniel has been involved in the networking industry for 25 years holding a variety of positions in RAD Data Communications, as well as co-founding Resolute Networks where he held executive positions. Representing Resolute in the MEF, Daniel served for 3 years as MEF Global Marketing Co-Chair and was elected three times to the MEF Board of Directors. Since 2010, Daniel has been a senior member of the MEF staff.


Sunit Chauhan
Senior Director Product Management

Sunit Chauhan leads the Product Management team for the SDWAN product line at Nuage Networks (Nokia).  Working closely with global Service Provider and Enterprise customers, his team defines the strategic direction and product roadmap for next-gen WAN services portfolio.

Sunit brings over 16 years of experience in the networking industry in product management, marketing and R&D roles. Most recently, he led the global product marketing team at Big Switch Networks. Prior to that, Sunit was in product management at Juniper Networks, responsible for Juniper's NFV and SDN product portfolio including Junos Virtual App Engine and Contrail, and was instrumental in defining Juniper’s SDN strategy including the acquisition of Contrail Systems.  Before Juniper, Sunit was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy Practice out of the San Francisco office. He started his career as a routing protocols developer within Cisco Systems’ IOS Core IP Engineering group.

Sunit earned his MBA degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Jose Antonio Cortes
SDWAN Global Product Manager

Jose Antonio is a Senior Global Product Manager at Telefónica Business Solutions, focused on delivering B2B SDN & NFV services. Since 2016, Jose has been leading the development of the organization’s SDWAN proposition and has deep knowledge of both vendor solutions and the requirements of end customers. Jose joined Telefónica in 2009, having previously worked for BT Global Services and Lucent Technologies, where he gained broad experience across a number of business areas, including Bid Management, Presales and Specialist Sales. Jose Antonio holds an Executive Development Program certification from IESE Business School and a degree in Physics.


Dimitrios Voutsinas

Dimitrios Voutsinas has over 20 year Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider and Financial Service Provider industry experience. Having worked at Bank of New Zealand, British Telecom, Radianz and Thomson Reuters. Dimitrios has gained end-to-end network and service management experience and established a strong leadership, consultancy and management track record with a very high level of credibility and integrity. He has led several large global IP Network transformational projects and seen them through all lifecycle stages - architecture, design, implementation, support, optimization and evolution. He has acquired extensive WAN, Internet and Data Centre experience and has been tasked with overseeing the design and implementation of some of the largest and most complex Service Provider and Financial low latency real time network architectures in the world. Dimitrios was a CCIE from 1998 to 2010 and has an MBA from Warwick University.
