Prior to Citrix, Mr. Brown held marketing positions at Nuance Communications, ANDA Networks, Jetstream Communications, and Nortel Networks. Senior Manager, Enterprise Research
Senior Analyst Greg Bryan joined TeleGeography in 2006 and has specialized in pricing and market analysis for the wholesale and enterprise long haul and network markets. While at TeleGeography, he has worked on designing, creating, and launching several new data products including the Enterprise Networks Pricing Service, IP Transit Pricing Database, Ethernet Pricing Service and Global Enterprise Networks. Most recently he has helped TeleGeography’s pricing practice move beyond the long haul network with the creation of the Local Access Pricing Service.
Mr. Bryan’s primary focus is on networks and pricing for the Americas, however, he tracks and is familiar with global markets. He is a frequent presenter on the geography and pricing of submarine cables and enterprise networks, particularly at telecom conferences with a focus on the Americas.
Mr. Bryan earned a B.A. in Political Science from American University, an M.A. in Geography from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He previously taught Geography as an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University in Virginia.

Gilles Deworm is Senior Technology Manager, Network Connectivity at Johnson & Johnson. In this capacity, he has architected the transformation of Johnson & Johnson's global WAN from a hierarchical frame-relay and leased-line network to a dual-provider global MPLS core. Gilles was the global technical lead for a multi-million dollar network remediation project to standardize operating companies’ LANs, and has engineered advanced wireless capabilities and services for J&J operating companies. Gilles is also responsible for Johnson & Johnson's EMEA data center strategy.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson in 2002, Gilles architected EBONE/KPNQwest pan-european Internet backbone and Internet peering strategy. For WIN S.A he implemented innovative VPN solutions on the first MPLS network in Belgium. For Igretec S.A he designed and implemented a high speed ATM metro network with cable modems access on Brutele network.
Gilles holds a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Brussels and a Masters in Industrial Management from the University from Leuven. He recently completed an Executive MBA from the Vlerick Business School and has achieved ITIL Expert certification level.

These include MPLS and Ethernet-based VPNs, corporate internet access, bandwidth products and also BT’s Application Performance Monitoring products – collectively the “Connect Portfolio” – a post Keith has held for the last six years.

John Waterhouse is founder and CEO of The Network Collective, with over 15 years experience in the telecoms industry. Before IXEurope, Michael was involved in two other technology startups in Europe that were eventually sold to US and Japanese companies. Johan joined the research division of Alcatel in 1992, with focus on QoS and ATM. Since then he held several positions with an end-to-end solution focus in voice-data convergence. He also worked as marketer in the IP division, being responsible for consultancy on IP and Ethernet business data services and Cloud services. He was also IP Business manager in EMEA. Currently, he is part of the regional IP PLM team with the focus on the evolution of business services including SDN and NFV.
He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and is holder of several telecom patents. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences on topics like VPN, IP, Carrier Ethernet and Business Services and is author of publications on these topics. Mathias Zimmermann is the Chief Solution Architect at NTT Europe and is based in Frankfurt Germany. Specializing in IP routing protocols and Technologies such as IWAN, he has designed and implemented many large-scale enterprise networks throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Mathias is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #20111) and has been working in the Networking Industry for the past 17 years. Currently he is managing a team of Network and Design Architects in Europe in the NTT Business Network Services Team. He has a passion for developing and launching new products and services to make customer networks more intelligent and easier to manage through network orchestration.
